The site for aging cats and the people who love them
Welcome to geriatricats.com! If you have a beloved cat in your life, realizing it is showing signs of age can be painful. We're not ready to think about letting go one day, and yet we want to do what we can to keep them happy and comfortable for as long as possible and release them peacefully when the time comes. The purpose of this site is to provide knowledge, support and comfort by allowing experts and visitors to share medical and other information and, yes, their feelings, as they travel the last miles with their sweet kitty.
This site is meant to give hope and joy as we help our furbabies live as many healthy, happy years as possible. We'll have informative articles on what to expect as cats age and how to keep them comfortable as challenges come along, as well as links to resources that will offer ideas for keeping your senior cat feeling like the kitten she'll always be in your heart.
This is a new site, obviously still under construction, but I wanted to get it "out there" as quickly as possible. Please send me your comments and suggestions for what you'd like to see on this site as it develops. My e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org, or fill in the form below. Be assured your information will never be sold or given to anyone.
Thanks for dropping by, and please come again soon to see what's new!
